On July 27, Beijing time, the 2012 CBSA “Julong·Xingpai Cup” National Chinese Billiards Ranking Tournament Shenyang Station Qualifying Tournament opened in Gongyi, Henan. The referees of the athletes formally swore the oath to officially kick off the qualifying competition of this station.
As early as May of this year, the first Star Cup Chinese Billiards Ranking Tournament ended in Zhengzhou, the provincial capital of Henan. The night before the game, the grand opening ceremony was also held in Julong Billiards Club. All relevant personnel and leaders of the game attended. At the opening ceremony, the national anthem of the People’s Republic of China was played ingeniously on the stadium. All the people present stood up solemnly. Then Ma Yujian, secretary general of the Gongyi City Sports Federation, warmly welcomed all the members to participate in the competition. Li Gang, secretary-general of the association, delivered an opening speech. Wang Hui, general manager of Beijing Xingwei Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. Henan Branch, and Mr. Ma Xiaoxin, president of Gongyi Billiards Association and general manager of Julong Billiards Club, respectively delivered congratulatory and thank-you speeches.
As a national event recognized by the Taiwan Association of China, referees and player representatives took the oaths at the opening ceremony. The referee Zhu Xingfu of the Henan Billiards Association introduced the basic rules of the event. According to the schedule, this competition is divided into two stages. The first stage adopts a group double-elimination round, the top two enter the second stage, and the second stage adopts a single-elimination round to determine the top 8 players, and the top 6 qualify to enter the finals. Match. The first stage of the grouping double-loss knockout round uses 9 rounds and 5 wins, and the second stage single elimination rounds uses 13 rounds of 7 wins; all matches are played in turn by the players of both sides.
At the end of the opening ceremony, Feng Biansheng, secretary of the Henan Provincial Social Sports Management Center and vice chairman of the Provincial Billiards Association, officially announced the opening of the game, and Director Li Gang came on stage again to officially kick off the game. The champion of this qualifying competition will receive a 5,000 yuan bonus and a trophy certificate, the second runner-up will receive a 2,000 yuan bonus and a certificate, the third runner-up will receive a 1,000 yuan bonus and a certificate, and the 5-8 will receive a 500 yuan bonus. In addition, all participating athletes won 100 points in the national ranking of Chinese billiards, and players who entered the second stage won 200 points. At 10 o’clock in the morning on the 28th, the draw ceremony of the game will be officially launched, and then Chinese billiards masters from all over the country will join hands to contribute to the wonderful contest.
