Seven. Qualifications:

1. Players who prove that they are over 40 years old before the event or on the first day of the event are eligible to register for the competition (for domestic players, please submit the resident ID card of the People’s Republic of China, and for foreign players, the personal passport submitted);

2. False registration that does not meet the requirements will be disqualified from participating, and the registration fee will not be refunded;

3. Players who are not ranked 128th in the professional ranking of snooker in the world are eligible to register for the competition. Any player currently subject to suspension or suspension is not eligible for registration.

8. Competition method:

1. The game adopts the latest rules of the World Seniors Tour, and the game adopts a five-game three-win system. If the two sides make a 2-2 tie, the final game will be decided by “reset black ball”;

2. The contestants are drawn in a snake-like way according to the order of registration of the contestants.

5. All contestants shall conduct their own physical examinations before the competition, apply for personal accident insurance, and provide relevant certificates before they can participate.

10. Reward method:

1. Champion: RMB 30,000 and a championship trophy;

2. Second runner-up: RMB 10,000 and a runner-up trophy;

3. Third runner-up: (tied) RMB 5,000 each and the third runner-up trophy;

(Note: The above bonuses are pre-tax bonuses)

4. The winner of the championship is eligible to represent the Chinese region to participate in the 2018 World Seniors Championship held in Crusoe, UK. The local accommodation (including breakfast) of the players will be undertaken by the World Seniors Championship Organizing Committee;

13. Participation funds:

1. All contestants must pay a registration fee of RMB 100 to the organizer;

2. All the contestants shall pay for their own board and lodging expenses during the competition (the organizing committee can coordinate the contestants to stay in Beijing Tiantan Hotel, but the contestants need to confirm in advance on the registration form);

3. All referees, staff, etc. shall be responsible for the board and lodging expenses, labor expenses, and transportation expenses by the tournament organizing committee;

14. Entry requirements:

1. Obey the rules of the competition and obey the arrangements of the competition;

2. Players need to go to the check-in office 15 minutes before the game to check in, and 10 minutes before the game, players need to make various pre-match preparations;

3. The time of the game is subject to the watch of the referee on the spot. Contestants should be there on time, and there is no pause in all games. If a player is late, one round will be deducted for every 15 minutes late (one round will be lost).

4. The complaint of the player’s dissatisfaction with the referee’s penalty must be filed before the next shot of both players after the penalty, otherwise it will not be accepted;

5. Smoking and loud noises are not allowed in the competition venue and competition area;

6. ​​Players need to wear standard snooker uniforms (dark trousers, long-sleeved shirts, bow ties) when competing;

7. Contestants are strictly prohibited from wearing accessories to participate in the competition. Contestants wear up to four commercial badges, two of which can be self-invested, and two are designated by the competition organizing committee. The contestants’ own commercial badges should ensure that they do not conflict with the title sponsor’s business ；

8. In order to make the event more reasonable and smooth and meet the needs of event promotion, the event director has the right to temporarily adjust and change the table numbers of the players;

9. Participants must conduct their own physical examinations before the competition, apply for personal accident insurance and provide relevant certificates before they can participate;

10. Any behavior that violates laws, disciplines and ethics is strictly prohibited;

11. Those who violate the above requirements will be given a warning or disqualified from the competition according to the severity of the circumstances.
