Nine. Qualifications:
(1) Men’s competition: the top 6 players and 8 wild card players in each qualifying match of the sub-station;
(2) Women’s competition: Register as required to participate;
10. Competition method:
(1) Game rules: The game adopts the “Chinese Billiards Rules” of the China Billiards Association;
(2) Competition method:
1. Both the men’s and women’s teams will be single-eliminated and eliminated. In all matches, players from both sides take turns to kick off the ball.
2. All competitions will be shot with a limited time. Each player has a time limit of 45 seconds for each shot. Each player can apply for a 30-second delay in each round.
3. The 32 players in the men’s division will be drawn based on the ranking of the qualifying round; the top 32 will advance to the top 8 with a 9-win system of 17 rounds, the top 8 will advance to the semi-finals with a 21-round 11 win system, and the final will be 25. The game has 13 wins.
4. Players in the women’s team will be drawn based on the number of applicants; the top 32 will advance to the top 16 with 9 games and 5 wins, the top 16 will advance to 4 before the 13 games and 7 games, and the semifinals will be 17 games with 9 wins. The finals will be 21 rounds and 11 wins.

14. Participation funds
(1) Contestants need to pay 200 yuan to the organizing committee for the participation fee;
(2) During the competition, the players shall bear all expenses by themselves;
(3) The round-trip transportation, board and lodging, and labor expenses of staff and referees shall be borne by the competition.
15. Entry requirements
(1) Obey the rules of the competition and obey the arrangements of the competition;
(2) 10 minutes before the start of each game, contestants need to check in at the check-in office. The chief referee announces that the players who have not been present at the start of the game will be deemed to have abstained;
(3) Appeals for dissatisfaction with the judgment of the on-duty referee must be filed before the next stroke by both players after the penalty is awarded, otherwise it will not be accepted;
(4) Smoking is prohibited in the competition venue, and contestants are not allowed to bring mobile phones into the competition venue;
(5) Contestants participating in the competition must be dressed appropriately and generously at the opening ceremony of the competition. The clothing does not meet the requirements, and the organizing committee has the right to prohibit contestants from participating;
(6) The dress code of the contestants during the competition: elegant, solemn, and decent. Male players wear a monochrome shirt on the top; a bow tie; black or dark trousers and slacks on the bottom; jeans or shorts of any color are not allowed; shoes are formal leather shoes, the color must match the color of the pants, sandals are not allowed Or slippers; female contestants can participate in the competition in decent fashion, but they are not allowed to wear jeans, sandals or slippers of any color, and they are not allowed to wear long necklaces or other long-length accessories;
(7) Contestants shall not participate in commercial events and publicity activities without the approval of the organizing committee during the competition;
(8) Drinking and any form of gambling is strictly prohibited during the competition;
(9) Contestants are strictly prohibited from wearing accessories to participate in the competition. Wearing commercial logos must be declared in advance. One week before the competition, send a text message “trademark declaration + gender + name + ID number + trademark content” to 13810070361, which can only be worn after approval by the competition organizing committee Participate, otherwise it is not allowed to wear unofficially designated logos. Each player can declare 2 commercial logos. The organizing committee has the right to designate players to wear 2 event sponsor logos;
(10) Any behavior that violates laws and disciplines and violates morals and ethics is strictly prohibited;
(11) Those who violate the above requirements will be disqualified from the competition.
