2013 National Chinese Billiards Ranking Tournament Jilin Qualifying Tournament Grand Opening

At 10 o’clock in the morning on May 25, 2013, the 2013 National Chinese Billiards Ranking Tournament Jilin Qualifier was grandly opened in Changchun Biaokuxing Billiards Club. The guests participating in the opening ceremony included Mr. Zou Bo, Director of Jilin Provincial Social Sports Guidance Center and Secretary General of Jilin Province Billiards Association, Mr. Wang Heping, Secretary General of Jilin Province Billiards Association, and Wang Bin, National Sales Director of Beijing Xingwei Sporting Goods Co., Ltd., Beijing Cheng Fengli, general manager of Xingwei Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. Jilin Branch, and Zhang Xiaofeng, chairman of Jilin Biaokuxing Billiards Club, and Mou Nuo, general manager.
