As a key development province in Southwest China, Guizhou has many Chinese and Taiwanese fans and amateur masters. The Chinese Grand Prix of Chinese billiards settled in Guiyang, giving many players in the southwest region the opportunity to show their talents.
Li Junxi, born in 2008, is a representative figure among children’s billiard players in Guizhou. He started to learn billiards at the age of 9. In addition to his daily study, he also played billiards at least seven times a week, each for two to three hours. It is hard to imagine that he is only 11 years old, with such a huge energy hidden in his body.
This year’s China·Guizhou·Guiyang 2019 CBSA Chinese Billiards China Grand Prix is Li Junxi’s first time to participate in the competition. The purpose of coming here is also very simple, that is, I want to learn more from the predecessors. At the interview site, we asked him who his favorite player was. Li Junxi didn’t hesitate to say Yang Fan’s name because he felt that Yang Fan was the most powerful Chinese player in his heart. He wanted to learn from him and be able to be like Yang Fan in the future. With countless champions, he became a top professional Chinese billiard player.
Li Junxi is very shy in private, but has a stubborn, sharp, unwilling look in the arena. From the look in his eyes, we can see that he is not afraid of challenges and chasing dreams, which makes people sigh that he can already stand out on the field at a young age.
Li Junxi’s biggest advantage is his age. Because he is young, he has more opportunities to learn, settle, exercise, and change. Perhaps for him, billiards is more like a belief. If he wants to be as good as an idol, he needs to self-supervise and restrain himself and speak with better results in the days to come.
