CBSA Star Cup Chinese Billiards Tianjin Tournament Opens

On October 13, 2012, the CBSA Star Cup National Chinese Billiards Ranking Tournament Hangzhou Station Tianjin Qualifying Tournament officially kicked off in Tianjin Swark Santa Rosa Star Billiards Club. Zhang Qi, Secretary-General of Tianjin Billiards Association, and Dong, Deputy Secretary-General Kan, the director of the competition department, Shi Xiangdong, the referee of this competition, Liu Xingze, general manager of Beijing Xingwei Sporting Goods Co., Ltd.
