PODCAST WITH LUCA BRECEL

We cover the amazing achievements of Luca Brecel over the past few weeks, in the new episode of the WST Podcast.

Presenter Michael McMullan first spoke to Brecel at the BetVictor Northern Ireland Open in October, where the Belgian discussed his introduction to the sport, his breakthrough victory at the 2017 China Championship, his love of rap music and his serene attitude towards snooker, among other subjects.

At the time, Brecel was concerned that he was not reaching the latter stages of tournaments as often as his talent deserved. How quickly he turned his fortunes around: within two months, he had reached the final of the Cazoo UK Championship and then won the BetVictor Scottish Open. The podcast also includes his reflections on those tremendous achievements, and his ambitions to improve his game and make the most of his potential.
