3. Qualifiers:
A. Single-elimination and elimination rounds are adopted, with rotation kick-offs. Men will win 7 in 13 games and women will win 5 in 9 games.
B. The men’s qualifiers are divided into two games. Each participant can participate in two games. The men’s two games qualify for the main competition: 24 and 24 (48 in total); the women’s group is divided into two Each contestant can participate in two competitions. The number of places for the competition to advance to the main competition is: 14 and 14 (28 in total); the organizing committee has the right to finally decide the number of entries for the main competition.

6. Rest between rounds:
There is no rest time for the matches of the qualifying matches, but the players of both sides have a chance to go to the bathroom between each match, but they must obtain the consent of the referee before leaving the court; after entering the match of the main match After the men’s group has 8 consecutive rounds of each game, and the women’s group has 6 consecutive rounds of each game, a break can be arranged for 5 minutes.
7. Time limit:
Each player has a time limit of 45 seconds for each shot, a reminder for the remaining 10 seconds, and a countdown for the remaining 5 seconds; each player can delay once in each round, the time is 30 seconds, and there is no time limit for the deciding game.
8. Regional referee:
For the regional referees, the contestants will place the ball on their own and supervise each other’s fouls. If there are declarations (such as newspaper bags, etc.), they must inform the other party; if any party has any questions about the next shot, they can seek the court referee for judgment. , For delayed matches, time will be adopted.
13. How to participate:

2. Qualifications of the contestants:
This year’s Chinese Billiards Classic adopts an open registration method, and players can register freely, regardless of age or nationality. According to the latest CBSA Chinese billiards ranking top 8 and star Chinese billiards points ranking top 8 men’s players, a total of 16 players can directly advance to the main match. According to the latest ranking of CBSA Chinese billiards, the top 4 players can directly advance to the competition.

17. Entry requirements:
1. Participants must dress in accordance with the rules of the competition. Male players must wear formal attire, with long-sleeved shirts, vests, and bow ties on the top, black or dark trousers, and formal leather shoes on the bottom; female players can wear fashionable clothes and elegant clothes , Appropriate and generous, sandals or slippers are not allowed; those who do not meet the requirements are prohibited from participating in the competition.
2. All contestants must participate in the draw ceremony and opening ceremony on time. Male athletes are required to wear suits and formal attire to attend. Those who are absent without reason will be regarded as abstention; if there are special circumstances, they should apply to the competition organizing committee in advance.
3. During the competition, contestants are not allowed to participate in commercial events and publicity activities without the approval of the organizing committee. The commercial logos worn by the contestants must be worn on the left and right chests. The size of each chest mark is 5cmX8cm and cannot exceed four pieces. One piece is the chest badge designated by the organizing committee of the event, and one piece is the personal endorsement chest badge (it is not allowed to wear a corporate logo of the same industry as the designated supplies for the competition, and a commercial endorsement contract is provided. No contract is deemed invalid).
4. Players must report to the designated check-in office 15 minutes before the game. The game staff will check whether the clothing and commercial logos of the players meet the standards, and arrive at the entrance of the game venue 5 minutes before the game, where the referee will lead the players to enter. The venue of the game; the chief referee announces that no one is present after the start of the game will be regarded as abstention.
5. Obey the rules of the competition and obey the competition arrangements; smoking is prohibited in the competition venues, players are not allowed to bring mobile phones into the venue, and off-court guidance is forbidden during the competition. In case of violation of the rules of the competition and uncivilized behavior, the referee should give a warning , The penalty for technical fouls appears again.
6. Appeals for dissatisfaction with the judgment of the referee on duty must be filed before the players of both sides make the next blow after the penalty, otherwise it will not be accepted; if there are objections to the referee’s penalty, a complaint can be made to the chief referee, and there are objections to the decision of the referee , You can lodge a complaint with the Arbitration Commission, and the decision of the Arbitration Commission shall be final.
7. Alcoholism and any form of gambling is strictly prohibited. Any behavior that violates laws and disciplines and ethics is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified from the competition. Players who fail to comply with the rules of the game and are sentenced to technical fouls will be warned for the first time. Once, the second time there was a loss, and the third time it was disqualified.
