On August 19, 2012, the second stop of the 2012 CBSA “Xingpai Cup” National Chinese Billiards Ranking Tournament, Shenyang Station, Hebei Qualifying Tournament ended successfully in the Qinhuangdao Xinzhiboxing Billiards Club.
